Immigration forum needed two sides

In the April 7 Daily Herald, a report was written on two schools having a forum to discuss immigration. While the schools did invite legislators including Rep. Tammy Duckworth and Sen. Dick Durbin to participate, they failed to provide an opportunity to Sen. Mark Kirk or Rep. Peter Roskam to counterpoint the pro-illegals forum. Our schools have duty to provide more than one point of view unless they simply have a liberal agenda and want to avoid other viewpoints.

Many of us oppose amnesty for those who entered our country illegally. If their first act is to break our law and we allow it, then can we expect them to obey our laws if they are allowed to stay.
