Off to college discussion:
Everything you want to know about sending your child to college is the topic of a Thursday, May 2 panel discussion at Woodlands Academy of the Sacred Heart. Hosted by the Alumnae Parent Association, the free event is open to the public from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Woodlands Academy, 760 E. Westleigh Road, Lake Forest. Topics include academic adjustments, roommates, homesickness, drugs, alcohol, sex, visits home, Greek life, letting go and more. The evening also will feature a question-and-answer session and discussion of unanticipated subjects that arise during the presentation.
