Campton model home opens at Ingham Park in Aurora
Tucked away in a quiet corner of Aurora is a new home community, Ingham Park, that offers exciting kitchen designs and larger secondary bedrooms for children's active lifestyles.

The sales center features smart technology where prospective homebuyers use a giant touch screen with visuals of interactive layouts that can be adapted with the push of a button.
The Campton model home, with interior design by Eleni Interiors in Naperville, shows a transitional look leaning toward contemporary, but not a flashy contemporary, said Helen Velas, president of the design company.
The model features a palette of gray and yellow, one of the latest color trends, with a touch of stainless steel accents for a little sparkle. “The lemon yellow is a happy, warm color that puts you in a good mood like blue skies and sunshine,” Velas said.
Off the two-story foyer, the living room's sofa wall shows graphic wallpaper, which is very today and fresh and adds interest. A round glass-topped table sits in the adjacent dining room where a large window brings in natural light.
The study, kitchen, breakfast room and family room stretch across the rear of the home.
The study features a flat chair rail with accent colors below and a bold horizontal stripe for a handsome look.
The kitchen shines with stainless steel appliances including a stove hood that gives it a more gourmet, high-end look. Cabinets show an espresso stain with granite countertops that bring all the colors together.
In the family room, yellow and gray horizontal stripes add a splash of color in the contemporary space and adds a lot of personality.
The master suite is especially beautiful with the upholstered bed between two windows with the drapery outside that gives the wall a stunning look. The master bath features dual sinks, tub with window above and walk-in shower with clear glass door.
Three great children's rooms include a mermaid-themed room for a 5 year old while lots of fun stripes and painted details outfit another bedroom for the preteen artist. An 18-year-old boy will love the astronomy-themed bedroom complete with astronomy sky wallpaper on the ceiling so that you feel like you're gazing up at the stars.
Ingham Park offers a location near the Chicago Premium Outlets mall, many restaurants and the I-88 Orchard Road Interchange.
