New Group Exercise Classes coming to Sachs Recreation Center, some starting as early as April 1st include: "30/30," a workout that includes 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing and 30 minutes of functional strength training; "Body by Ballroom," a dance-based fitness class where attendees learn different ballroom dances; "Yoga Alignment," Classical yoga poses and breathing techniques for flexibility, strength, stress-reduction and balance include special attention to body alignment; "Aqua," a total body workout in the indoor pool; "Just Dance," an easy-to-follow dance experience mixing old-school funk, current hits and Latin-inspired music; and "Total Conditioning," a 60-minute circuit-style class to challenge muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.
