New Group Exercise Classes coming to Sachs Recreation Center, some starting as early as April 1st include: "30/30," a workout that includes 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing and 30 minutes of functional strength training; "Body by Ballroom," a dance-based fitness class where attendees learn different ballroom dances; "Yoga Alignment," Classical yoga poses and breathing techniques for flexibility, strength, stress-reduction and balance include special attention to body alignment; "Aqua," a total body workout in the indoor pool; "Just Dance," an easy-to-follow dance experience mixing old-school funk, current hits and Latin-inspired music; and "Total Conditioning," a 60-minute circuit-style class to challenge muscular strength and cardiovascular endurance.

Although class schedules change based on needs and interests, following is listed a myriad of classes offered by day and time (scheduled to begin April 1, 2013). An asterisk (*) indicates that 24-hour advance sign-up is highly recommended.

Monday: 5:50-6:50am Indoor Cycle*; 8:00-9:00am TBC (body-sculpting); 8:45-9:45am Aqua; 9:10-10:10am Pilates; 9:15-10:30am Yoga Flow*; 9:30-10:30am 30/30; 9:30-10:30am Commotion; 9:30-10:30am Indoor Cycle*; 5:15-6:15pm TBC; 6:00-7:15pm Yoga*; 6:30-7:30pm Pilates; and 6:30-7:30pm Indoor Cycle*.
