The winners of our 2013 Readers' Choice Awards

You have spoken and the winners of the Daily Herald's 2013 Readers' Choice Awards have been chosen.

Our readers voted on the “best of the best” places to shop, dine and live. We received more than 9,000 electronic ballots in our four-week Readers' Choice promotional campaign, intended to identify the top businesses in a wide range of categories. The top four vote-getters in each category were judged best by our readers in the Daily Herald's Readers' Choice voting campaign. See the full list at dailyherald.com/readerschoice.

The list of categories and winners is extensive. As you read over the list, we're sure you will recognize your favorites among the many categories. We also expect you will find some unexpected and unknown venues.
