Technology is the issue at the forefront In the race for Gail Borden Library board, and candidates Patricia Harkin, Elizabeth Kruger, and incumbent Susan Moylan are best prepared to address the future needs. Kruger's enthusiasm, Moylan's experience as board treasurer, and Harkin's background in improving literacy will serve the board and citizens well. Incumbent Randy Hopp, who has been banned from the library because of complaints about his behavior toward staff, is not endorsed.
