LOCAL YOUTH ROCK BAND WIRELESS SOUL ROCKS CHI-TOWN AT THE CHICAGO ST. PATRICK'S DAY PARADE!

Chicago, Illinois - Local youth rock band Wireless Soul performed live in the Chicago St. Patrick's Day Parade on Saturday, March 16. The parade kicked off at 12 noon on Columbus Drive at Balbo north to Monroe Street and was televised by ABC Channel 7. Wireless Soul is unique because of their very young age. This is a boy band who play their own instruments and seriously rock!

Wireless Soul is fast making their way in the Chicagoland music scene. They play popular rock music with an energetic live show headed up by 10 year old lead vocalist and guitarist Vince Minogue of Northbrook who commands the stage with a stunning Dean diamond plate guitar which is one of only 100 made to commemorate Dean's 10,000 Razorback guitars that were made and sold over the history of the company. Equally stunning is the master drumming style of 11 year old Joe Cangelosi of McHenry with his pounding double bass technique and twirling drumsticks giving Wireless Soul its unique, signature full sound!

Wireless Soul will be performing live at Allstate Arena on March 27th , and at Westfield Old Orchard Shopping Center on March 30th. Wireless Soul has performed live at the Metropolis Performing Arts Center, Cubby Bear North, The Alley, Illinois/Wisconsin Fair Fest Expo, Wilmot Mountain Resort, The Geneva Concours, Glenview Holiday Parade, Hoosier Grove Barn, Winnetka Days, The Oasis, and the Youth Center of Glenview/Northbrook.

Wireless Soul has been featured in the Chicago Tribune, Pioneer Press, 22nd Century Media, What's Happening, and Irish American News. They have also been featured on the Fox 32 News website, WGBK radio, 95.9FM The River radio, and 95.1FM WIIL Rock radio. The band will return to the recording studio on March 23rd to continue working on their upcoming album. Their first single, a cover of "Seven Nation Army" by The White Stripes, debuted on 95.1FM WIIL Rock to benefit Special Olympics. Wireless Soul also donated the sale of their CD to benefit Youth Services of Glenview.
