Improve the town first day in office

I have known Ray Rogina for many years. He has the five qualities that I want in my mayor. He is a straight shooter. You always know where he stands. This is so refreshing in this era.

He isn’t afraid to tackle big jobs. If he can take on a 26 mile marathon run, he is able to take on anything. Our town is a perfect place to live and work except for three or four issues. Ray is the kind of guy who wants to take a running start at them and fix them. He is knowledgeable. He knows our town. He sees it from more than one angle. He knows and is known by St. Charles citizens of every age and background.

He is approachable. Nobody is better than Ray at making one feel at ease and important.

He has experience. As an alderman and current member of the city council, he knows the pressing issues. He knows the strengths and weaknesses of our town. There will be no learning curve with Ray. We will begin to improve our town on his first day in office.
