Thomas Trimingham has joined the team of Premier Fitness Solutions to offer Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, and surrounding communities a results-based, weight loss and fitness solution. Premier Fitness provides personal training to individuals and groups from their Algonquin and Cary locations using scientific training methods to create the fastest possible results for people who want to lose weight, gain muscle, and tone up quickly. Inside of Premier Fitness Solutions they have a wide variety of modern fitness equipment to offer workouts using medicine balls, sandbags, battle ropes, tires, and even sledgehammers. They also have standard equipment including dumb bells, kettle bells, free weights, treadmills, and rowing machines. The owners of Premier Fitness Solutions, Jamie and Karina Philippi, have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have helped hundreds of clients across McHenry County to lose weight and achieve their fitness goals.
Trimingham brings his unique blend of training to the Premier Fitness Solutions team using kickboxing, yoga, and martial arts to augment and energize fitness training. Thomas started in the martial arts at 14 and first achieved a Black Belt in Hapkido, then went on to instruct in other martial arts and kickboxing. He started personal training five years ago with the focus of providing the best weight loss and fitness results possible in the shortest time.
