Bulls tipoff

San Antonio Spurs at the AT&T Center, 8 p.m. Wednesday

TV: Comcast SportsNet, ESPN

Radio: ESPN 1000-AM

Update: Tony Parker is out with an ankle sprain, but the last time these teams met, on Feb. 11, the Spurs won at the United Center without Parker, Tim Duncan or Manu Ginobili. In the first game without Parker, San Antonio split time at point guard between Cory Joseph, Nando De Colo and Patty Mills during a 39-point rout of Detroit. Without Parker, Duncan becomes the team’s top scorer at 16.7 points. The Spurs (47-14) have won 19 of their last 22 contests, while the Bulls have won two of their last three games in San Antonio.

Next: Utah Jazz at the United Center, 7 p.m. Friday
