Gang members with valid FOID cards?

Gang members with valid FOID cards?

Concealed carry is in front of Illinois lawmakers again. Remember that Illinois is the last state to trust our citizens, all while three of our governors have been or are still in jail.

Now Jesse Jackson Jr. and his wife may be going there also. What an example of trust.

Chicago Transit Authority President Forrest Claypool said allowing guns on public transportation would be a recipe for disaster. Does he think that 59 gangs with 70,000 members will leave their guns at home when they ride the bus? Do they have valid FOID cards? If they are smart, and they are, they should be contacting their representatives to vote against concealed carry. Then they can go into a mall, ride the CTA or go to any other public place with a gun and a shopping bag and tell everyone to fill the shopping bag with jewelry and wallets etc. and not fear that some citizen may be armed.

Have you noticed that most of the mass shootings occur where concealed carry is not allowed? These people know exactly where they can go and not be concerned about the armed citizen. Some people will ask why a car is registered and not a gun. A car is not protected by the constitution.
