Three of the four top school principals in Illinois for 2013 are from the North and Northwest suburbs, the Illinois Principals Association announced Friday. They are: Kim Zinman, principal of Joyce Kilmer School in Wheeling Township Elementary District 21; Lazaro Lopez, principal of Wheeling High School, Northwest Suburban High School District 214 and Jean Aucutt, assistant principal of Vernon Hills High School, Libertyville-Vernon Hills Area High School District 128.
