At Julie J Studio, Julie teaches tots, kids, teens and adults how to paint and draw. She has a unique approach to teaching which makes students feel at ease and confident while creating art. She shows the student how to see color in painting. This leads to greater design and art pieces with a true creative flair and expression. The atmosphere is relaxing and enjoyable providing time to paint great art. Julie has created her own unique system of helping people share the world of art, encouraging them to create one great piece of art at a time.

Julie, briefly rented a small space in Libertyville to teach art and quickly developed a following of artists. She needed to open her own retail gallery with a lot of space because her clientele was building significantly. In the past few weeks, Julie has hosted children's birthday parties, girl's night out, and Art in the Dark parties. In addition, she has provided private lessons to individuals of all ages.

Julie was a high school art teacher where she realized her passion for teaching art. She opened a Fine Art gallery in the southern suburbs, and created murals for the community with high school students. Julie worked the show circuit and traveled to art fairs and showed in galleries. Now, she is hanging her Artist's Palette in Libertyville to enjoy a permanent home. Julie invites you to find your creative soul. The shop is more than a gallery or studio, it is a place to gather and make friends.
