A free community shred day is set for 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at the city of Waukegan parking Lot D, 100 N. Sheridan Road. Area residents can bring any documents that contain personal information to be shredded including old tax returns, bank statements, credit card offers, outdated medical records, pay stubs and receipts.
