Rosemont ice rink closes Sunday

It's the last weekend to enjoy skating in Rosemont's ice rink located in the village's MB Financial Park, north of the Balmoral Avenue exit off the northbound Tri-State Tollway.

The NHL-sized skating rink, built on the park's outdoor lawn area for winter months, will close Sunday, Feb. 24. Admission to the ice rink is free, and skates can be rented on-site for $8. Ice rink hours of operation are: 4-9 p.m. Thursday; 4-10 p.m. Friday; 11 a.m.-10 p.m. Saturday; and 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Sunday.
