Candidate's Key Issues

Key Issue 1

During my 16 year tenure as Cuba Township Supervisor, we have focused on serving the community efficiently with a positive, customer-oriented attitude. We provide property assessments, road maintenance, and mandated general assistance to citizens in need. We also provide additional services like passport assistance, when requested.

Key Issue 2

We have been able to continue, and even expand, services to the citizens of Cuba Township when revenue dropped during the economic downturn because of our efficient use of our resources. The CURG (Cuba United for Responsible Government) slate will continue to go through the budget line-by-line to eliminate any possible waste or duplication so that we can provide services at the lowest cost to the community. We are also committed to transparent government and will post all our budgets and contracts on our township website.
