Small business owners involved with producing specialty crops, baked goods, cheeses, meats, preserved foods, coffee, smoothies, and other beverages, as well as concessions, specialty retail items, and musicians are invited to learn about opportunities at an open air European-style market at 3 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 23 at the Aspen Drive Library, 701 Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills.
