This year's Big Ten women's basketball tournament March 7-10 is about much more than the games. For the first time in more than a decade, the tournament is moving from its location in Indianapolis. The new venue is the Sears Centre Arena in Hoffman Estates, which is throwing many free fan events to increase the appeal.
