Clinton's major failure of leadership

Clinton's major failure of leadership

In the recent Senate hearing, Secretary of State Clinton was sufficiently vague and incredulous and petulant. With four Americans dead on her watch, one would think the person in charge would be more concerned.

The great irony of the date of the Benghazi massacre seems to have been lost on all of those who were in charge. On the 11 year anniversary of 9/11 we were attacked again. Wasn't there a heightened alert for all Americans at home and abroad? This attack in Benghazi was premeditated and went on for hours and hours.

Thanks to the incredible bravery of Stevens, Smith, Woods and Doherty, we were at least able to put up a fight. The same cannot be said of their so-called superiors. Not only did the people in charge not anticipate this attack coming on the eleven year anniversary of 9/11, they refused to acknowledge that it was occurring and thus refused assistance during the attack. It was terrible that these people concocted a story blaming a video.

The worst happened when the Senate was stonewalled by the hysterical ramblings and subterfuge from the person in charge, the Secretary of State. This was a monumental example of the failure of leadership, by her and her boss.
