The Republican lawmaker who came close to unseating Gov. Pat Quinn in 2010 said he’s laying the groundwork for another run for governor. WJBC Radio reported Friday that state Sen. Bill Brady of Bloomington sent an email to supporters asking them to donate to his campaign fund.
