Dist. 73 to hold kindergarten information meeting

Parents of students who will be 5 years old by Sept. 1 are asked to attend the Hawthorn Kindergarten Parent Information Night at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31, at Hawthorn Middle School South, 600 N. Aspen Drive, Vernon Hills. Additional parking is available at Aspen Elementary and the Vernon Hills Park District Sullivan Center. Meeting topics will include the enrollment process, the kindergarten curriculum and a typical school day. Building tours and registration will take place in the weeks that follow.
