Vandals shred tires in Hanover Park

Hanover Park police reported that vandals slashed tires on more than 50 vehicles in the past week.

Police reports said tires were slashed on 50 vehicles about 7 p.m. Sunday near the intersection of Hartmann Drive and Olde Salem Road.

Earlier that day, slashed tires were discovered about 11:30 a.m. on two vehicles on the 8000 block of Brockton Court South and 1200 block of Yorkshire Drive.

About 8 a.m. Tuesday, police said vandals slashed two tires on a vehicle in a driveway on the 7700 block of Kensington Lane.
