Dist. 50 to hold kindergarten registration
Woodland Elementary District 50 hosts kindergarten registration from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 23 at Woodland Primary School, 17366 W. Gages Lake Road, Gages Lake. Kindergarten registration packets will be available Jan. 25 at www.dist50.net and at the Educational Support Center, 1105 N. Hunt Club Road, Gurnee, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. prior to registration. Kindergarten students entering District 50 for the 2013-14 school year must be 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2013. Original county-issued birth certificates and two proofs of residency are required at registration. Information regarding these requirements is in the registration packet. Physicals, dental and vision exams do not need to be completed prior to registration.
