This corrects an earlier version that incorrectly listed the amount of the dividend
Aircraft maintenance and support company AAR of Wood Dale said its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of.075 cents per share, to be paid on Feb. 12 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on January 29.
Future cash dividends will be subject to the approval of the board, the company said.
AAR is a global aerospace and defense contractor that employs more than 6,000 people in 17 countries. The company's services include inventory management and parts distribution; aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul; and expeditionary airlift. AAR's products include cargo systems and containers; mobility systems and shelters; advanced aerostructures; and specialized command and control systems.
