County officials to gather Friday:
Lake County Board members will meet Friday in a committee-of-the-whole session to discuss their strategic plan and to review the agenda for next week’s board meeting. Today’s session is set for 8:30 a.m. at the county’s central permit facility, 500 W. Winchester Road, Libertyville.
