Moline-based Deere & Co. is voluntarily recalling 4,650 of its utility all-terrain vehicles because a fuel line can separate, causing a risk of a fire.

The voluntary recall was announced Thursday by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Users were told to stop using the recalled vehicles and contact a John Deere retailer for a free inspection and free repair. The company based in Moline, Ill., is contacting registered owners of the vehicles directly.
