St. Viator’s six-game win streak snapped

Chicago Latin's girls basketball team snapped St. Viator's six-game winning streak by defeating the Lions 52-44 in the second round of the Fenton Season's End tournament Wednesday in Bensenville.

Junior guard Erin Fabbri led the Lions with 13 points followed by classmate Didi Aburaad with 7.

Seniors Justice Johnson and Michelle Presslak each chipped in 6 points for Viator (12-9), which hosts Nazareth Academy on Friday.

St. Viator returns to the Season's End tourney on Monday to face the host Bison at 7:15 p.m.
