Balmes said officers received an anonymous tip that employees of the Dragon Spa, in the 400 block of Peterson Road, were offering sex acts for money during massages.

During a joint investigation between the Lake County Sheriff's Office and the Libertyville Police Department, three undercover detectives went to the spa and received hourlong massages, Balmes said.

On Tuesday, Yang offered a sex act to one of the detectives for an additional fee, Balmes said, prompting the officer to arrest the woman.

Yang is due back in court Jan. 23, Balmes said.
