Quinn leaves for Germany to visit Illinois troops
Gov. Pat Quinn will personally deliver cards written by Illinois residents when he visits service members at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany.

Gov. Pat Quinn has left on his annual trip to Germany to deliver cards to service members at a medical center.
He departed Wednesday and plans to return over the weekend. The Chicago Democrat has traveled to Germany more than half a dozen times over the years.
He will personally deliver cards written by Illinois residents when he visits service members at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center.
Quinn says he may also make time to meet with German businesses and encourage them to relocate to Illinois.
