The baskets will include White Sox gear, Garrett's Gourmet Popcorn and gift cards worth up to $100.

Out of a total of 150 baskets, 125 will go to service members. The rest will be given to the Great Lakes Naval Base for it to distribute at the facility.

The "Cheer Basket Program" is funded in part by Veterans Cash lottery tickets.

In announcing this year's program on Monday, Gov. Pat Quinn urged parents to buy the lottery tickets as stocking stuffers for their kids.
