Geneva bounces back
Naperville North/Benet Invitational: Sami Pawlak dropped in 11 points while Abby Novak followed with 10 as Geneva downed Naperville North 43-32. The Vikings (9-6) led 11-7 after one quarter then extended the advantage to 26-15 at the half. Sidney Santos added 8 points and Morgan Seberger had 7 in the win.
Ottawa Tournament: Kaneland dropped the morning opener to Geneseo 37-33, but the Knights (7-3) rebounded later in the day with a convincing 60-30 victory over Sandwich behind 16 points from Ashley Prost.
