Ice-fishing tournament coming to Blackwell

Ice-fishing fans can participate in the DuPage Forest Preserve District's Hard-Water Classic from noon to 3:30 p.m. Jan. 5 on Silver Lake at Blackwell Forest Preserve near Warrenville.
