Schaumburg Park District’s Jingle Paws is set for noon to 2 p.m., Saturday, Dec. 8, at Meineke Recreation Center, 220 E. Weathersfield Way. Snowy activities include a treat hunt, agility course, photo with Santa, a free play area and a costume contest.
Awards will be given out to the winners of “Best Dog/Owner look-a-like Costume,” “Best Puppy in Costume,” “Best Senior in Costume,” “Best Overall Holiday Themed Costume” and “Best Recreation Interpretation.”
The first 50 dogs signed up will receive a holiday treat.
All dogs must have current shots; attach records to the registration form or bring to Meineke Recreation Center.
Resident cost is $2 per person and $5 per dog. Nonresident cost is $3 per person and $7 per dog.
