FBI identifies bank robbery suspect

Authorities have identified a man they believe robbed six banks in Cook County, the most recent one on Monday.

According to bandittrackerchicago.com, a website operated by law enforcement agencies, Kenneth F. White II, 34, robbed the MB Financial Bank at 2200 N. Waukegan Road in Glenview on Monday.

Described as standing 6 feet, 3 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, White routinely wears a baseball cap and a gray hooded sweatshirt during the robberies, authorities said. He has a dragon tattoo on his left arm with Chinese writing, as well as several tattoos on his right arm, according to a wanted poster.

Authorities suspect White in five other bank heists: the TCF Bank at 1415 Algonquin Road in Rolling Meadows on Oct. 26; the Popular Community Bank at 7181 West Irving Park Road in Chicago on Nov. 5; Harris Bank at 615 Busse Highway in Park Ridge on Nov. 9; TCF Bank at 2301 N. Harlem in Chicago on Nov. 15; and the Glenview State Bank at 1801 S. Arlington Heights Road in Arlington Heights on Nov. 23.

People with additional information about White are asked to call the Federal Bureau of Investigation in Chicago at (312) 421-6700.
