Bulls’ Thibodeau not concerned with NBA fining Spurs

This seems like an issue that will never apply to Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau. San Antonio was fined $250,000 by the league for resting four key players during Thursday's game at Miami. Thibodeau did talk about the issue Friday at the Berto Center.
