A teen driver from Aurora "accelerated rapidly" before striking a house and killing one of his friends, according to a DuPage County indictment released Friday. Logan Krogman, 16, of the 800 block of Amli Court, was formally charged with reckless homicide and aggravated reckless driving in the Oct. 23 crash that killed 15-year-old Devin Meadows of Aurora.
