The McHenry County Sheriff's Office arrested a Wonder Lake man Wednesday who was on its top 10 fugitives list. Justin E. Dean, 20, of the 4600 block of East Wonder Lake Road, was wanted for possession of a stolen firearm, sale of a stolen firearm, possession of a handgun, concealing and aiding a fugitive, theft and possession of a firearm with an expired firearm owner's identification card, according to a news release from the sheriff's office.
