Kane County Sheriff Pat Perez names Clayton Muhammad, founder of the 10-year-old "Boys II Men" group, the recipient of the 2012 Roscoe Ebey Award. The award was named after a World War II veteran who was killed in an Aurora Township home invasion in 2007. "Boys II Men" offers an alternative to gangs and has branched out to include girls, college students and young dads.
