Mundelein police fundraiser

The Mundelein Police Academy Alumni Association will host its fourth annual Spaghetti Dinner and Silent Auction fundraiser on Friday, Nov. 30 from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at the Mundelein Police Department, 221 North Lake St. It will immediately follow the annual tree lighting ceremony at Kracklauer Park. The Alumni Association assists the police department with many events throughout the year and has donated equipment, such as portable breath testers for the department's use, and donated money to the Shop with a Cop event. Tickets are $7 for adults, $5 for children ages 5 to 12 years of age, and children 4 and under are free. Tickets can be purchased in advance or the night of the event in the lobby of the police department.
