Sweat with Santa in Mundelein

Fitness fans ages 14 and older can enjoy free and festive fitness with a canned food donation on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Mundelein Park and Recreation District's Park View Health & Fitness Center, 1401 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein.

All classes are led by trained instructors, complete in Santa attire. Options include indoor cycle, TBC (total body conditioning), and the NEW BodyPumpô, barbell/weight training program. Times vary with classes beginning at 7:15 a.m. Cycling and TBC require an RSVP. Download a schedule at www.mundeleinparks.org or call (847) 388-5430 for details or to RSVP.
