Fitness fans ages 14 and older can enjoy free and festive fitness with a canned food donation on Saturday, Dec. 1, at the Mundelein Park and Recreation District's Park View Health & Fitness Center, 1401 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein.

All classes are led by trained instructors, complete in Santa attire. Options include indoor cycle, TBC (total body conditioning), and the NEW BodyPump™, barbell/weight training program. Times vary with classes beginning at 7:15 a.m. Cycling and TBC require an RSVP. Download a schedule at www.mundeleinparks.org or call (847) 388-5430 for details or to RSVP.

Food collected is donated to Comfort Keepers of Lake and McHenry County, who provide in-home care to seniors and clients in need of help with daily living activities.
