Cary-Grove 48, Woodstock 33: Michael Krich scored 18 points and Steve Plazak added 10 for Cary-Grove in this win at the Hoops for Healing tournament. Dean Lee added 9 points for the Trojans.
Cary-Grove 62, Marian Central 53: The Trojans (3-1) made it a sweep for the day as Matt Motzel scored 15 points and Michael Krich added 14 at the Hoops for Healing Tournament. Tyler Szydlo had 12 points for Cary-Grove.
Carbondale 66, Jacobs 51: Will Schwerdtmann scored 13 points to lead Jacobs at the Quincy tournament. Nick Ledinsky added 10 points for the Golden Eagles (0-2).
CL South 66, Kaneland 56: Nick Geske scored 17 points and Austin Rogers added 12 to lead the Gators to a win at the Batavia tournament. Alex Bartusch and Max Meitzler each had 10 points for Crystal Lake South.
