Elgin
Ÿ Brian Gonzalez, 18, of Elgin, was arrested and later charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana after police were called to a potential burglary just after midnight Monday on the 700 block of Terrace Court, according to a police report. Gonzalez is due in court for the drug offense Dec. 11 in Rolling Meadows.
Ÿ A Sony plasma television was stolen sometime between 7 and 10:45 p.m. Tuesday from a home in the 200 block of Liberty Street, according to a police report.
