Decorate homes to be the best and brightest in Schaumburg Park District
Schaumburg Park District residents are invited to decorate their homes to be the best and brightest in Schaumburg and showcase it in Schaumburg Park District’s annual Holiday House Decorating Contest.
The first 10 houses entered will be judged on originality, arrangement, theme and overall design. Judging will take place the evenings of Dec. 3 and 6 during the Holiday House Decorating Tour. Winning entrants will be listed on the Schaumburg Park District cable channel and featured on www.parkfun.com. Winning entries will be notified Dec. 10.
The contest is free. Houses must within Schaumburg Park District boundaries. Entry forms are available at www.parkfun.com and in the District’s winter program guide. Forms must be submitted by 9 p.m., Nov. 30 at the Community Recreation Center, 505 N. Springinsguth Road.
