• Andy McCuen, 25, of the 4200 block of Saratoga Avenue in Downers Grove, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon at 2:12 a.m. Sunday in a parking lot on the 0-99 block of North River Lane, according to a police report. Police say he had a switchblade knife. He was also charged with urinating in public.
• An Itasca woman was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor at 2:49 a.m. Sunday on the 800 block of Longmeadow Drive. Mary K. Manley, 18, of the 500 block of North Walnut Street, had a glass pipe for smoking cannabis, according to a police report. Another woman was also charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor: Kristi J. Burke, 19, of the 800 block of Class Lane, Elk Grove Village, police said.
