Hanover Park police are seeking two men who committed armed robbery about 3:55 a.m. Saturday at a convenience store on the 5500 block of County Farm Road.
Both subjects, who covered their faces, are described as 5-foot-7 to 5-foot-11 with slim to medium builds. One, armed with a crow bar, wore a white hooded sweatshirt with a large face design on the back and left front. The second thief wore a solid black sweatshirt.
The clerk handed over an undisclosed amount of cash, and the robbers fled the scene on foot, Deputy Chief Tom Cortese said. No one was injured.
Anyone with information should call the Hanover Park Police Department at (630) 823-5500.
