About this Article

Lake Zurich residents Todd and Mickey Horndasch have created a haunted house in their property as part of an effort to collect nonperishible food for humans and animals. It'll be open Oct. 26, 27 and 31. Called the "Kill on Old Mill," the Horndasches have converted their front yard, garage and part of their home into a haunted house that they open to the public.
