Lincolnshire leaf collection:
Lincolnshire’s annual residential leaf collection program has begun. Residents can place leaves in the street by noon on Monday of the specified pickup week to guarantee collection. Public works crews will collect leaves Monday through Friday from approximately 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. each week during the collection season.
