Kane County

Ÿ Jordan L. Orchard, 19, of the 1100 block of Independence Avenue, St. Charles, and Wesely L. Nicolay, 18, of the 800 block of Madison Avenue, St. Charles, were both charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and underage drinking at 11:01 p.m. Sept. 29 after authorities were called to Anson Creek and Wyngate roads near St. Charles for a suspicious vehicle that was blocking an intersection and had its lights off, according to a sheriff’s report.

Ÿ Someone made an unauthorized debit card purchase of $231 at 12:08 p.m. Oct. 2 on an account of a resident on the 0-99 block of Winthrop New Road near Sugar Grove, according to a sheriff’s report.

Ÿ Cassandra A. Vallo, 19, of the 800 block of Iroquois Avenue, Naperville, was charged with driving under the influence of drug, possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and criminal trespass to state supported land at 7:40 p.m. Oct. 3, according to a sheriff’s report. Authorities were called to Fermilab, 900 S. Kirk Road, Batavia, after Vallo and a male passenger were told to turn around at a guard station, but kept driving on the property, the report said. Vallo admitted to smoking marijuana and a male passenger told authorities he had taken two hits of LSD.
