Wisconsin Worker killed by pallets of paper

By

PEWAUKEE, Wis. — Investigators are looking into the death of a worker at a paper distributor in Pewaukee.

Police say the man was killed when a shelving unit stacked with pallets of copy paper gave way and fell on him at the xpedx (ehks-ped-ehks) plant Monday.

Waukesha County Sheriff’s Detective Steve Pederson says employees joined deputies and EMS crews in trying to move the paper off the victim.

WTMJ-TV reports no one else at the plant was hurt.
