Spotlight on seasonal crafts at St. Charles Scarecrow Fest

Shoppers pack the riverwalk along the Fox River in St. Charles for a previous Autumn on the Fox Art and Craft Show. This year's show, part of St. Charles Scarecrow Fest, will be held from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday in Pottawatomie Park.

The Autumn on the Fox Art and Craft Show has been running for nearly 30 years. This year, there will be 170 booths of handmade arts and crafts on display and for sale as part of the Scarecrow Fest, organizer Robin Reed said. "There is a mix of fine art and crafts. We have jewelry, wearing apparel and soft sculpture items."
